“I purchased a new 2021 Infiniti Q50 from Infiniti of Cool Springs on September 28, 2020. There was an incident on January 13, 2022 due to a manufacturer defect that caused my car to accelerate on it's own. I was parked at a car wash to vacuum my vehicle.”
