“I was involved in a multi-car accident on 11/16/23 wile traveling on the 485 Beltway around Charlotte, NC. It was approximately 6 pm, and completely dark. The traffic was very heavy and traveling at 70 mph ( the speed limit) when a car in front of me was stopped.”
