am filing this complaint regarding a serious safety incident involving my leased 2025 INFINITI QX60 and INFINITIâs response to the incident. While the vehicle was parked, the second-row seat was being manually operated when a childâs foot became trapped within the seat mechanism. The shop completed the fuel pump replacement on XXX but when I picked up the vehicle it was still jerking. I called the shop when I got home and conveyed that the problem still existed. I took the vehicle back to the shop on XXX and after sharing this information with t…

I was in the car with my children picking them up from school on a main road and my car just shutdown and refused to start without warning and or notice- I was next to a gas station and rolled myself into the lot to wait for a AAA tow truck to bring back to the dealership. It will not turn on and the engine will not start- This is a dangerous situation espcially with kids on the car and if on a highway i would have been stranded in on coming traffic with a [XXX] and [XXX]. On XXX, at approximately 7:30â7:50 a.m., the driver was traveling northbound on the [XXX] in [XXX] during heavy rain. While the vehicle was moving, it unexpectedly began steering or correcting its direction without the driver intending it to do so. At approximately the same time, the vehicle lost acceleration and the brakes did not respond normally. The driver attempted to stabilize and regain control of the vehicle, but the vehicle continued losing speed and could not be controlled normally. This created an immediate risk of being struck from behind while traveling in the express lanes. The vehicle ultimately collided with the express-lane concrete barrier. No other vehicle was involved.…
Vehicle power steering and "PS" light, check engine light, and master warning light came on. Got it to Auto Zone for diagnostic tag and report says power steering needs to be replaced. Suggested to take the vehicle to the dealer there may be a recall because he's seen approximately 20 vehicles same issue.

In complaints filed with NHTSA for model years 2014–2027, owners most often name: power train, unknown or other, engine. 620 complaints are on record.
No. A complaint is an unverified report from an owner. A technical service bulletin (TSB) is the manufacturer telling dealers how to fix a known issue; it is not a safety recall and is usually covered only under warranty. A recall is a formal safety action, and its repair is free.
File a vehicle safety complaint at NHTSA.gov. NHTSA reads every report, and patterns of complaints are what open defect investigations and, eventually, recalls.
