“I PUT A SUITCASE IN THE TRUNK ON ITS SIDE. IT WAS TOUCHING THE INSIDE TOP OF THE TRUNK. IN REMOVING THE SUITCASE THE SPRING MECHANISM , THAT HOLDS THE TRUNK OPEN, WAS DISLODGED. THIS CAUSED THE TRUNK LID TO FALL HEAVILY ON ME.”
