- Problem
- Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2022-2024, Allergro RED 360, 2023-2024 Allergro Open Road, and 2024 Byway, motorhomes. The LED backlight circuit board in the cooktop range may fail, causing the board to overheat.
- Risk
- A circuit board that overheats increases the risk of a fire.
- Fix
- Dealers can remove the LED backlights or terminate the circuit for the red LED lights, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed by May 21, 2024. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-138.

- Problem
- Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Allegro Bay motorhomes. The subframe truss may collapse and pinch the electrical wiring, causing an electrical arc.
- Risk
- Electrical arcing increases the risk of a fire.
- Fix
- Dealers will reinforce the trusses, and repair damage as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 8, 2024. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-142.

- Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Phaeton, Allegro Bus, and Zephyr motorhomes. The PowerGlide chassis controller may have insufficient circuit protection, which can result in a blown fuse and cause an engine shutdown.
- Risk
- An engine shutdown increases the risk of a crash.
- Fix

- Problem
- Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2022-2024 Allegro Bay motorhomes. The standard house batteries may shift position during travel, which can cause the battery terminals to contact the steel hold-down bar.
- Risk
- Battery terminals that contact the steel hold-down bar can cause electrical arcing and increase the risk of a fire.
- Fix
- Dealers will install a new battery hold-down bar and angle brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 29, 2024. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-137.

- Problem
- Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2024 Allegro Open Road and Allegro Bay motorhomes. The 32-inch hard line LPG hose fitting may not fit correctly, which can cause a fuel leak.
- Risk
- A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
- Fix
- Dealers will replace the 32-inch hose with a 40-inch hose, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed January 28, 2024. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-134.

- Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2016-2024 Allegro Bus, and 2017-2024 Zephyr motorhomes. The 240-Volt induction cooktop may not be grounded, which can create an electrical shock hazard if the wires short-circuit.
- Risk
- An electrical shock can increase the risk of injury.

“The passenger seating area is contained within a slide out of the motorhome. This slide out crept out roughly two inches during 4 hours of travel. This indicates the slide out was not secured in place. This also makes the motorhome wider and the slide out could continue to move out.”

“Similar to recall 22V-273 for older Tiffin Allegro Bays and Open Roads, our 2024 Allegro Bay slide room comes out 6-8" on it's own and has now started coming out while driving. Part supplier Lippert confirms it and says parts are being manufactured to address the problem.”
