“There are 4 bolts that hold the backing plate to the axle. All 4 were missing from one of the wheels. The brakes of that wheel were over heating to the point of billowing out smoke. We called the dealer and the tech thought a stuck brake. Told me how to cut the wires for just that wheel.”
