“THERE WAS A SAFETY RECALL ON THE DEADBOLT LOCK CYLINDER. I WENT ON LINE AND FILLED OUT THE FORM TO GET THE REPLACEMENT. IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED IN 10-12 BUSINESS DAYS. WHEN IT DID NOT ARRIVE, I CALLED FASTEC INDUSTRIAL.”

“THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 KEYSTONE PASSPORT. THE CONTACT STATED THERE WAS A SHORT IN THE WIRING CONNECTED TO THE LIGHT ON THE CEILING OF THE SLIDE ROOM. A MECHANIC DIAGNOSED THAT THE WIRES HAD MELTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO THE DEALER.”
