“I've had 2 incidents where my vehicle has stopped and not restarting. I took it to the dealership, and they stated I needed a starter. I see there are several complaints regarding this issue with the model QX80. Ive also had to get 2 new batteries with 1 year. Please look into the issues.”

“The battery in my vehicle continuously dies, leaving me stranded on multiple occasions. This has been occurring since 2024 consistently. In January I had it towed to the dealership since every time I jump the battery, it charges it which in turn causes it to pass their battery test.”
