“THE CONTACT OWNED A 2013 CHEVROLET IMPALA. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 72 MPH WITH THE CRUISE CONTROL ACTIVATED, THE CONTACT NODDED OFF AND CRASHED INTO A GUARDRAIL. THE VEHICLE ROLLED OVER TWICE AND LANDED UPRIGHT ON ITS WHEELS. ALL OF THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY.”
