“THE FRAME HAS DEVELOPED CRACKS EXTENDING FROM WHERE THE HUCK BOLTS FASTEN THE CROSS MEMBER TO THE FRAME RAILS IN THE SECTION THAT RESIDES BETWEEN THE TANDEM AXLES. THIS HAS BEEN FOUND ON THE FRAMES OF SEVERAL OWNERS AND IS BELIEVED TO BE CAUSED BY STRESS APPLIED TO THE FRAME WHEN TURNING.”
