The contact owns a 2018 Winnebago Minnie Trailer. The contact stated that upon further inspection at the local dealer, it was noticed that both sides of the frame were fractured above the axles. In addition, the contact was sent a repair kit from the frame manufacturer. The trailer was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 1,600.
A pinion sheared off in the differential housing and tore up the inside of the housing. The vehicle has 42,000 miles on it.
Component is the RV door latch manufactured by TriMark model no. t507. The failure of this lock was that when inside the vehicle the plunger does not fully retract allowing the door to open. If you go on YouTube and search TriMark RV lock repair you will see the multiple failures of not being able to enter/exit the vehicle. In case of a vehicle fire I would not have the physical ability to find a exit. When I removed the interior of the lock there was a small broken piece of plastic. I assume this piece aided in retracting the plunger allowing the door to be open. I am greatly concerned (scared) at what harm this door latch failure could cause. I believe these latches are installed on the ma…
Every time you drive the motorhome the ABS stops working which causes the Driver Assist Technology to stopped working. Includes AutoMatic emergency braking, distance alert, post impact breaking, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, driver alert, high beam control, and cruise control. Contracted Ford and got nowhere. Motorhome has been sitting at a Ford repair facility in Hershey Pennsylvania for the last seven weeks. My understanding is they donât know exactly whatâs wrong with it and they have contacted Ford and Ford doesnât seem to know whatâs wrong with it.

The dealer was notified of the failures and advised the contact to take the vehicle to their location for diagnosis. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 10,000.
The contact owns a 2019 Winnebago Micro Minnie. The contact stated that the two bolts holding up the water tank fractured, causing the water tank to detach from the trailer. The contact stated that there was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was not taken to a local dealer nor independent mechanic to be diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.

No. A complaint is an unverified report from an owner. A technical service bulletin (TSB) is the manufacturer telling dealers how to fix a known issue; it is not a safety recall and is usually covered only under warranty. A recall is a formal safety action, and its repair is free.
File a vehicle safety complaint at NHTSA.gov. NHTSA reads every report, and patterns of complaints are what open defect investigations and, eventually, recalls.
