“WHILE DRIVING ON I-40 BETWEEN WILLIAMS AND FLAGSTAFF, ARIZONA, THE LEVELING JACKS PANEL ACTIVATED AND BEGAN INDICATING THE DEPLOYMENT PROCESS WAS READY TO BEGIN. THE PANEL HAD BEEN SHUT OFF. I HAD DRIVEN FROM LAUGHLIN, NV BEFORE THIS INCIDENT OCCURRED.”

“THE FULL-WALL SLIDEOUT ON MY 2014 WINNEBAGO FORZA 38R OPENED WHILE COACH WAS IN MOTION. I WAS ABLE TO PULL OVER AND STOP WITHOUT INCIDENT. I FOUND THE FRONT OF THE SLIDEOUT FULLY EXTENDED AND THE REAR OUT ABOUT HALF WAY.”
