“SHARP EDGE ON BOTTOM OF STEERING WHEEL METALLIC MOLDING CAUSED A INJURY. A LACERATION AND BLEEDING OCCURRED. INCIDENT OCCURRED WHILE TURNING. WHEN STRAIGHTENING OUT OF THE TURN, THE STEERING WHEEL WAS SLIDING PAST THE DRIVERS HANDS, CATCHING AND CUTTING THE SKIN OF THE DRIVERS FINGER.”

“The engine consumes an excessive amount of oil, requiring the addition of about one quart every few hundred miles. There are no visible external leaks, and the issue appears to be due to internal engine components such as piston rings allowing oil into the combustion chamber.”
