“WHILE DOWNSHIFTING, THE SHIFTER LOCKED UP AND WOULD NOT DOWNSHIFT. I PULLED THE CLUTCH LEVER IN AND TRIED TO DOWN SHIFT AGAIN. THE SHIFTER MOVED DOWNWARD BUT THEIR WAS A LOUD BANG THAT SOUNDED LIKE METAL PIECES SHATTERING. I HAD TO PUT MY MOTORCYCLE ON A TRAILER TO GET IT TO THE DEALER.”
