“THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 TRIUMPH TIGER 800 MOTORCYCLE. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS EXCESSIVE VIBRATION ON THE PASSENGER SIDE THROTTLE GRIP. AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT'S RIGHT HAND BECAME NUMB AND MADE IT DIFFICULT TO OPERATE THE THROTTLE GRIP AND FRONT BRAKE.”
