“THE MERCEDES BENZ THOR MOTOR COACH SUDDENLY WENT LIMP (WOULDN'T GO HIGHER THAN FIRST GEAR OR FASTER THAN ABOUT 10-15 MPH). THE YELLOW ESP, ABS AND ASR/BAS INDICATOR LAMP LIT WHILE THE ENGINE WAS RUNNING, EVEN WHEN IT WAS STATIONARY. CRUISE CONTROL BECAME INACTIVE.”

“THE TRIMARK RV DOOR LOCK WITH DEAD BOLT BLACK, 60-1650 BROKE, LOCKING US OUT OF THE RV. HAD TO GET A STATE COP TO HELP US BREAK INTO THE MOTOR HOME. AFTER DOING SOME RESEARCH DISCOVERED THE BOLT IS MADE OF ZINC AND VERY PRONE TO BREAKAGE.”

“THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 THOR FOUR WINDS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO BE SERVICED, THE TECHNICIAN INFORMED THAT THE REAR PASSENGER INSIDE DUAL WHEEL TIRE WAS FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THE TIRE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED.”

“DRIVING OUR NEW 2015 THOR FOUR WINDS 26A MOTORHOME ON THE EXPRESSWAY - OVER 45-50 MPH --WAS ABSOLUTELY UNSAFE. THE MOTORHOME WAS ALL OVER THE ROAD. MY HUSBAND AND I HAD TO KEEP A "DEATH GRIP" ON THE STEERING WHEEL IN ORDER TO TRY TO KEEP THE MOTORHOME ON THE ROAD!”
