“WHILE DRIVING FROM WISCONSIN TO NORTH CAROLINA THE WEATHER CHANGED TO RAIN. I TURNED ON THE WIPERS OF THE MOTORCOACH AND WITHIN A FEW MINUTES THEY STOPPED AND CATCH ONCE IN A WHILE AND THEN COMPLETELY STOPPED.”
