“WHEN APPROACHING AN INTERSECTION TO TURN LEFT, ALTHOUGH I HAD MY FOOT ON THE BRAKE, THE CAR WASN'T SLOWING, SPEED WAS THE SAME. WHEN I BEGAN TO TURN THE WHEEL, THE STEERING WHEEL KEPT JERKING RIGHT. IT FELT LIKE SOMETHING HAD LOCKED UP.”
