“WHILE DRIVING AT 45-50 MILES PER HOUR, SKID AND BRAKE LIGHTS CAME ON. IMMEDIATLY ALL TIRES LOOKED AND THE VEHICLE SKID OF THE ROAD. I WAS UNABLE TO BRAKE OR STOP THE VEHICLE, IT SLID AND OVER TURNED UNTIL IT CAME TO A STOP ON IT'S OWN.”
