The engine oil filtration system failed due to prior service negligence. Specifically, the spin-on engine oil filter was mechanically cracked, crushed, and structurally compromised by technicians during a forced removal attempt on August 1, 2026. Yes, the failed oil filter has been completely preserved and is safely available for physical inspection upon request. My 2019 Nissan suddenly lost braking ability while driving. The brake pedal went all the way to the floor, and the front passenger-side wheel was covered in brake fluid. Further investigation is needed to determine the exact cause.
Bought this vehicle in 12/23. Problems with battery drainage, electrical problems, vehicle won't start and then it will. Bought a new battery in 2/25 same problems happening. This is a defect in this vehicle. Steering failure. System won't connect to my phone. Had alternator checked battery check consistently so many times. There should be a recall on this truck. I have been stranded so many times. I consistently pay my payments on time and never been late. I didnt expect to run into these problems with this vehicle. This is not good for nobody to go through with this unreliable vehicle.

My car suffers from unresolved safety, hazard of intermittent gasoline fumes. The vehicle exhibits a strong intermittent smell of gasoline, fumes outside and inside of the cabin, creating an immediate health and safety risk for anyone inside the vehicle or near the vehicle. I have been dealing with a lot of nausea and headache headaches. Despite multiple repair attempts by authorized dealership technicians to resolve this issue, the defect remains completely unresolved. Source: NHTSA Office of Defects Investigation public data (complaints, manufacturer communications, investigations), model years 2010 and later. Had a safety problem? Report it to NHTSA.
In complaints filed with NHTSA for model years 2010–2026, owners most often name: electrical system, unknown or other, service brakes. 476 complaints are on record.
No. A complaint is an unverified report from an owner. A technical service bulletin (TSB) is the manufacturer telling dealers how to fix a known issue; it is not a safety recall and is usually covered only under warranty. A recall is a formal safety action, and its repair is free.
File a vehicle safety complaint at NHTSA.gov. NHTSA reads every report, and patterns of complaints are what open defect investigations and, eventually, recalls.
