“WHILE DRIVING STRAIGHT AT 40 MPH, MY CAR WAS HIT BY AN ONCOMING VEHICLE DIRECTLY ACROSS THE FRONT OF MY CAR (BUMPER TO BUMPER IMPACT). I APPLIED MY BRAKES BUT WAS NOT AT A STOP AT TIME OF IMPACT. THE OTHER CAR'S AIR BAGS DEPLOYED, BUT NONE OF MINE DID.”
