“THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 LEXUS LX570. WHEN THE IGNITION WAS STARTED, THE AIR BAG MALFUNCTION WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS SERVICED PER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 18V887000 (AIR BAGS, SEAT BELTS) IN AUGUST OF 2019, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED.”
