- Problem
- Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2021-2024 Jayco Solstice LI, Swift, Terrain, Terrain LE, Entegra Coach Ethos LI, Expanse LI, Launch LE motorhomes. The battery relay contactors may become stuck in the closed position.
- Risk
- Relays that are stuck in the closed position increase the risk of a fire during battery charging.
- Fix
- Dealers will update the battery software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 17, 2024. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903603.
Fuel System, Gasoline · NHTSA 23V325000
- Problem
- Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2021-2024 Ethos, Expanse, Solstice, and Swift Class B recreational vehicles, equipped with certain Cummins Onan QG 2800i, and Onan QG 2800i EVAP generator sets. The fuel hose between the inline fuel filter and the Injection Pump Module (IPM) may have inadequate clamp force, possibly resulting in a gasoline leak.
- Risk
- A gas leak in the presence of an ignition source may increase the risk of fire.
- Fix
- Dealers will inspect, and replace the fuel hose and clamp, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 15, 2023. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267.
