“THE CONTACT OWNED A 2017 JAGUAR XF. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE STOPPED AT A RAILROAD CROSSING, ANOTHER VEHICLE REAR ENDED HIM WHICH KNOCKED HIS VEHICLE INTO THE MOVING TRAIN. THE CONTACT IMMEDIATELY EXITED THE VEHICLE AS THE MOVING TRAIN CLIPPED THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE.”

“On May 2, 2026, ten days after purchasing the vehicle, the driver‐side seatbelt locking mechanism failed while I was driving. The vehicle was inspected the next day at CarMax Tuscaloosa. Their mechanic confirmed two separate safety defects: 1. The driver‐side seatbelt mechanism requires replacement.”
