“The contact owns a 2017 Honda Odyssey hauling a trailer equipped with a Rhino USA Trailer Hitch Coupler Lock Kit. The contact stated that while driving at 70 MPH over a bump, the trailer hitch latch lock had failed, causing the trailer to detach and strike the rear of the vehicle, producing sparks.”
