“THE CONTACT OWNED A [removed] WHILE INSPECTING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT NOTICED A METAL LINK WHICH CONNECTED THE FRONT AND REAR AXLES, WAS PIERCING THROUGH SOME OF THE PIPING TO THE PROPANE TANK. THE CONTACT MADE REPAIRS TO THE VEHICLE.”
