“THE CONTACT OWNS A [removed] TRAILER WITH GREENBALL TOW MASTER TIRES, LINE SIZE 225/75/R15. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR PASSENGER'S TIRE BLEW, THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE TIRE SPLIT AND THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE TIRE BLEW. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS.”
