“The contact owns a 2022 Grand Design Reflection RV. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the entire rear wall detached from the frame and shifted from side to side. Additionally, on a separate occasion, the outriggers were bent.”

“Slide out on RV repeatedly failed to fully extend and retract. Was told by RV repair shop that structural failure was the cause. The problem was discovered and confirmed by a dealer service center. As of 5-27-2026, it has not been inspected by the manufacturer.”

“2023 RV unit experienced front cap cracking through complete cap. Grand Design stated it was a paint issue and would not warranty the damage. 2025 RV unit experienced exact same front cap cracking throughout the cap, side corners of cap and front side seam separation of RV.”
