“WHILE SITTING AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT WITH ALL THE DOORS LOCKED, THE HATCHBACK OPENED WITHOUT ANY PROMPT FROM THE KEY FOB OR DOOR LATCH. THE CAR WAS NOT MOVING, SO I WAS ABLE TO USE THE DOOR LATCH TO CLOSE THE BACK HATCH.”
