“MOTORCYCLE ENGINE POWER CAN STOP SUDDENLY, WITHOUT WARNING, AT ANY TIME DURING OTHERWISE NORMAL OPERATION. ENGINE DIES IMMEDIATELY WHEN THE SLIGHTEST BIT OF THROTTLE IS APPLIED, LEAVING THE RIDER POWERLESS AND COMPLETELY VULNERABLE TO SURROUNDING TRAFFIC AND CONDITIONS.”

“I HAVE RADIAL CRACK ON THE FUEL TANK FLANGE CAUSING THE MOTORCYCLE TO LEAK FUEL ON TO THE MOTOR. I QUICK INTERNET SEARCH SHOW THAT THIS HAS BEEN A PROBLEM FOR MANY BMW MOTORCYCLES TO THE POINT WHERE A AFTERMARKET COMPANY IS MAKING A CLAMP TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM.”
