“I purchased my 2023 BMW 430i, coupe, X-Drive brand new on 04/14/2023 from BMW, Wesley Chapel Florida. On 05/14/2025, I observed my driver's side front seat belt to be extremely frayed and in an unsafe condition (see photo 05142025) and reported it to BMW Wesley Chapel immediately.”
