“The contact owns a 2024 BMW 330I. The contact stated that while attempting to reverse(R), the gear shifter was shifted into reverse; however, the vehicle unexpectedly accelerated forward and crashed into another vehicle. No warning lights were illuminated. There were no air bags deployed.”
