Owner notification letters were mailed April 24, 2026 to FVR owners. Owner notification letters were mailed May 11, 2026 to Chevrolet 7500XD owners. Owners may contact Isuzu customer service at 1-866-441-9638. Isuzu's number for this recall is V2506.
