The FDA announced on November 25, 2024, that Spacelabs Healthcare, Inc. is voluntarily recalling the Xhibit Telemetry Receiver with Software, Model 96280, due to a hazard of unsolicited system shutdowns causing temporary loss of patient monitoring.
