The Consumer Product Safety Commission announced on Nov. 6, 2025, that WYBITNY is recalling children's bed rails due to entrapment risks. Owners should stop using the product and contact the company for a full refund.
How to tell if you have it
- WYBITNY-branded children's bed rails
- Model BGRT003 printed on fabric cushion label
- White metal frame with dark gray foam-filled cushions
- Sold on Amazon from June 2025 through July 2025 for about $70
What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bed rails and contact WYBITNY for a full refund. Send a photo of the recalled bed rails, with "Recalled" written on the front in permanent marker, to WYBITNY by email at servicewybitny@outlook.com. Dispose of the recalled bed rails in accordance with state and local waste disposal procedures.
The hazard
The recalled bed rails violate the mandatory standard for children's portable bed rails because a child can become entrapped in enclosed openings, the side of the mattress, or the top of the mattress when installed adjacent to the bed. This entrapment poses a risk of serious injury or death. The agency reported no incidents or injuries.
