“THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 WINNEBAGO VIEW PROFILE. WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY, THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE WAS ALMOST STRUCK BY ANOTHER VEHICLE. WHEN THE CONTACT APPLIED THE BRAKES AND DEPRESSED THE HORN, THE HORN OPERATED BRIEFLY AND STOPPED WORKING.”
