On XXX, while stopping for the night in [XXX], when we went to cook supper, we discovered the back right burner in our Winnebago 2108FBS Micro Minnie cooktop (Suburban SCNB3B6RED) had disconnected from its mounting bracket and fell sideways in the burner hole, with its manifold pipe disconnected completely from the control valve LP gas port. In the case of the first one, I found the screw and o-ring…

LED lights on âSuburbanâ brand cooktop knobs have been spontaneously all lit up red for the past couple of days, despite not having touched or used the cooktop. Iâve had the trailer for 10 days, it is brand new, 2024 Winnebago Micro Minnie 1720FB model. I went in the trailer after heavy rains to check for leaks and found that all 3 burner knobs were lit up red. And there is no longer any power in the rig either. Still, despite the apparently dead batteries, the lights are still on and I have no way of turning the LED lights off. I am informing you of this because the recall concerning faulty circuit boards relating to recall of âLED light failure which can pose an overheating and fi…

No. A complaint is an unverified report from an owner. A technical service bulletin (TSB) is the manufacturer telling dealers how to fix a known issue; it is not a safety recall and is usually covered only under warranty. A recall is a formal safety action, and its repair is free.
File a vehicle safety complaint at NHTSA.gov. NHTSA reads every report, and patterns of complaints are what open defect investigations and, eventually, recalls.
