“THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 TRIUMPH THRUXTON. WHILE RIDING APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH AND MAKING A LEFT TURN, THE MOTORCYCLE SUDDENLY SHUT OFF AND CAUSED THE DRIVER TO LOSE CONTROL AND CRASH. THE DRIVER SUFFERED INJURIES TO THE LEFT HIP, LEFT KNEE, AND LEFT ANKLE DURING THE INCIDENT.”
