I am reporting a systemic pattern of safety reporting negligence, property damage, and data manipulation by Toyota of Woodbridge. On March 26, 2026, the dealership performed a backup camera recall (25TA13) but completely failed to address or notify me of a second open safety recall regarding the instrument cluster (Recall 25TA08). Sometime between June 10 and June 17, 2026, while the vehicle was in the shop's care, the passenger seat trim panel w…

It is the HV floor wire connector, when the corrosion is beyond repair, the parts have been back ordered for months. Toyota and dealerships are not approving loaner vehicles. This is a serious safety issue because: If the wire corrodes or shorts out, the vehicle can experience unexpected power loss, stalling, or complete hybrid system failure. this could happen in the middle of driving in fast, traffic, leading to serious injury or loss of life. I have been waiting since February for this part and it is still on backorder. Toyota is not taking this…

No. A complaint is an unverified report from an owner. A technical service bulletin (TSB) is the manufacturer telling dealers how to fix a known issue; it is not a safety recall and is usually covered only under warranty. A recall is a formal safety action, and its repair is free.
File a vehicle safety complaint at NHTSA.gov. NHTSA reads every report, and patterns of complaints are what open defect investigations and, eventually, recalls.
