“The contact owns a 2024 Thor Quantum RV. The contact stated that while parked with the engine idling, the RV started to vibrate and shake before shutting off. The contact was unable to restart the RV. The RV was later towed to the local mechanic.”

“Drove from Gibson Louisiana to Abita Springs Ocean Canyon RV park. Upon arrival we had a buzzer alert going off under dash, we then parked to RV. Tried to put jacks down, did not respond, tried 12v lights did not work, tried slides, again no response.”
