DEALER WOULD ONLY REPLACE ENTIRE WIPER ASSEMBLY FOR $500+. THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE INDIVIDUAL PARTS OR SELL ME INDIVIDUAL PARTS.”

“THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 THOR HURRICANE RV. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE RV WAS EXHIBITING ELECTRICAL ISSUES AND CAUSING THE ENGINE TO LOSE POWER. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC HOWEVER, THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE A FAILURE BUT REPLACED THE BATTERY. THE FAILURE PERSISTED.”
