“The contact owns a 2023 Thor Motor Coach Gemini. The contact stated that the wire connecting the solenoid to the generator was burned. The solenoid was making a cranking sound while turned off. The contact stated that the head bolts had fractured and detached on the side awning rails on both sides.”
