“THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 THOR COMPASS. WHEN THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO EXIT THE RECREATIONAL VEHICLE, THE FRONT PASSENGER DOOR HANDLE FAILED TO OPEN THE DOOR. IN ADDITION, THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE WINDOW GLASS FELL OUT OF THE WINDOW FRAME.”
