“THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 THOR MASTER T-20 (NA) TRAILER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT AXLE AND FRONT PASSENGER SIDE MIDDLE WHEEL FRACTURED DUE TO DEFECTIVE WELDING. THE WELDING FAILED TO SECURE THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE MIDDLE WHEEL TO THE AXLE, WHICH CAUSED THE WHEEL AND AXLE TO FRACTURE.”
