I was driving around and my [XXX] daughter was complaining that the seat was getting super hot . I told her to stop playing with the seat warmer she then replied she was not . I kept driving and then she again told me it was burning her so i pulled over and saw that her leg was super red and i saw the seat was pretty melted . I called mercedes care center and they adviced me to take it to my local mercedes dealer . My vehicle has violently jolted 10+ times while driving at low speeds (15â30 mph) in all drive modes. The jolting is severe enough to feel like being rear-ended and poses an immediate safety hazard. The check engine light came on during one incident. My dealership told me they cannot diagnose or repair the vehicle because they do not yet have software for 2026 Mercedes models, leaving the vehicle unrepairable and unsafe to operate. I no longer feel safe driving this vehicle and am requesting investigation and manufacturer action.
Just financed vehicle from M Auto group nj they sent my vehicle to Mercedes dealer prior to me taking ownership and the dealership advised them of issues with truck they only fixed the water pump . The problem is that same day I drove home ACTIVE CURVE MALFUNCTION and hydraulic fluid is constantly leaking under my hood and on hot turbo on passenger side which is a safety hazard I advised and drove truck back to dealer and they won't talk about fixing issue and I'm financing this truck which is a less than 30 day issue. car spontaneously caught fire while driving, without any warning, with smoke first coming from the air vents followed by smoke from under the bonnet then visible fire engulfing the front of the car, it was serviced 6 weeks prior without any concerning findings on the mechanical or electrical components. 911 was called and fire was extinguished and insurance claim filed, currently being investigated by insurance as to what may have caused the fire.
I would like to report that there is a Key Fob connection problem with my car causing it to lock with the key inside the car. This could pose safety issues. I placed my purse with my Key Fob and phone on the passenger seat. I loaded other items in the car. I closed the door to walk around the car to get in the drivers seat. Complaint Slight creaking noises when steering. Cause Noises may come from one or more sleeves of the horn contact plate. Remedy Remove the horn contact plate and check the sleeves for noise; see attached video. If necessary, apply lubricant to the sleeves.
Mercedes-Benz AG, the manufacturer of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, has determined that on certain subject vehicles, the transmission control unit (VGS) in the automatic transmission does not meet current MBAG specifications. The polarities of the magnets in the transmission control unit (VGS) may have been inadvertently swapped. This, in turn, could lead to complaints regarding shift quality and gear lockups. Remedy MBUSA will conduct a service campaign. An authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer will replace fully integrated transmission control unit (Y3/8n4) for the automatic transmission.

Update the FSAM to the latest SW version. 290, 118, 243, 247: Software is still in development. This fault code does not cause a drivability concern and will clear itself within 2â 3 key cycles.
