“THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 KEYSTONE SPRINGDALE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE CONTACT WAS NOTIFIED BY A FOLLOWING MOTORIST THAT THE VEHICLES REAR WHEELS WERE WOBBLING AND LOOKED AS THOUGH IT WAS GOING TO DETACH FROM THE VEHICLE.”
