Frame broken which has caused other damage to the RV. Not safe to be on the road
3/24 Fuzion 5th wh annual warranty inspection was completed. 4/24 bedroom slide out frame came loose from slide while in TX. we were able to make temp repairs & returning home contacted manufacturer regarding what we thought was structural issue. Keystone denied coverage, scheduled out of pocket repair with local dealer. Dealer quoted estimate, we delivered unit, they failed to even start repairs after 2 wks as promised. so far the temp repair was holding, but contacted Keystone to schedule them to repair. They were booked for months but referred us to Affinity RV in Goshen IN. Last week we delivered the unit for repair , they discovered flex frame damage outside & inside the unit. Affinity…
The frame has broke on this camper, Keystone knows it has an issue with the welding not being correct, they sent out a TSB for this because of the large number of incidences. This then causes many other items to break when frame is broke, including slide outs, roofs and doors and interior walls. Rain gets into doors and mold develops too. ****Also the fuse box for the camper is located behind a slide out. Once the slide out is in it is impossible to access the fuse box which is a major safety and fire concerns. We have had this happen when a continuing electrical issue caused us to not be able to move the slide out to get to the fuse box. An electrical issue that is never fixed properly e…
Flex frame failure/cracks. This affects the nose and 5thwheel hitch structure. This is a known issue that they flex and brake under the bed slide. I have not driven mine more than 200 miles so it has not appeared yet but ai am watch so many others go thru the issue with the exact same model. 1, 2 or 3 times, due to poor welds, no support guests, etc. I have had more than 30 issues with my RV. Keystone shows lack of concern.
We had owned our $100k+ RV for 500 miles and had a frame failure at the common area on the Lippert 5th wheel frames. Keystone Fuzion was informed of what they call "frame flex". This frame failure happened above the pin box where the frame droped to the main frame. Welds were broken and side walls cracked. Lippert and Keystone knew about the problems as there is a fix but they continue to produce these frames. This has a high potentional for a catastrophic failure while driving down the road.
The Keystone Fuzion RV has a structural issue. I have been following other owners and there seems to be many RVâs with the same crack under the Master Bedroom. The crack appeared after transport I would not want to be the cause of an accident if the crack continued across the body and it detaching from the RV while being transporting and causing serious injury or death. I would like this investigated for not only my safety but the safety of other on the road.
The contact owns a 2021 Keystone Fusion RV. The contact stated that he noticed that the external sidewall had a crack that had originated from the front slide. The RV was taken to a dealer who diagnosed the failure as a normal crack and installed silicone in the crack. The contact stated that as the crack had significantly expanded, the vehicle was taken to a second dealer; Campers Inn RV of Raleigh (1501 Outlet Center Dr, Selma, NC 27576) who was advised as the first dealer. The dealer patched the crack, but the failure persisted. The contact stated that the crack had significantly expanded. The RV was taken to a third dealer; Northgate RV Center-Ringold (442 Candy Ln, Ringgold, GA 30736) a…

The contact stated that the RV was taken in for an alignment after purchasing new tires. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the low tire pressure message displayed. The contact pulled over to inspect the tires and noticed that the tread was low on the passengerâs side rear tire. The contact replaced the tire with the spare and continued to driving to his destination. The tire was replaced with a new tire however, after replacing the tire, the contact was driving when the low tire pressure message on the driverâs side rear tire was di…

In complaints filed with NHTSA for model years 2010–2025, owners most often name: structure, suspension, electrical system. 37 complaints are on record.
No. A complaint is an unverified report from an owner. A technical service bulletin (TSB) is the manufacturer telling dealers how to fix a known issue; it is not a safety recall and is usually covered only under warranty. A recall is a formal safety action, and its repair is free.
File a vehicle safety complaint at NHTSA.gov. NHTSA reads every report, and patterns of complaints are what open defect investigations and, eventually, recalls.
