“This involves our 2021 Keyston Carbon 403 RV (VIN: [XXX]. We purchased the vehicle in February 2021. Travelled about 1000 miles. Took it to Camping World in Wichita from our home for warranty work (not involving the problem) in October 2021; picked it up in March 2022 and drove home.”
