“THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 KEYSTONE BULLET. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FLOORBOARDS WERE ROTTING DUE TO WATER DAMAGE. THE CONTACT CALLED TERRYTOWN RV SUPERSTORE ([removed] S, GRAND RAPIDS, MI 49548; [removed]) AND NOTIFIED THE DEALER OF THE FAILURE. THE RV HAD NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED.”
