“KEPT SMELLING HOT WIRES AND BURNING PLASTIC SMELL. SERVICE TECH WAS ALREADY IN CAMPGROUND SO WE CALLED THEM OVER TO INVESTIGATE AND THEY DISCOVERED THE IOTA MODEL ITS-50R AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH HAD BURNT WIRES.”

“THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 (NA) JAYCO PINNACLE EQUIPPED WITH GOODYEAR MARATHON ST TIRES, SIZE: ST235/80R16. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS BEING TOWED AT 55 MPH, THE DRIVER'S SIDE TIRE EXPERIENCED A BLOW OUT. THE RV WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC TO HAVE THE TIRE REPLACED.”
